Gin.

Clear spirit with STRONG botanical flavors of juniper, flowers, and fresh and dried fruit. Juniper is the Beyonce of the crew though, as the name gin derives from every culture's word for juniper (genever, genièvre, jenever), and is the most pronounced flavor. Below 40% ABV need not apply. We like ours a bit stronger for cocktails.

STYLES:

London Dry gin:
Light-bodied and juniper forward. Very dry. Strong aromatics.

Plymouth gin:
Lighter bodied and citrus forward.

Old Tom:
Sweeter than London Dry, but not as dry as Genever.
