Cucumber Cooler

It doesn’t get much cooler than a cucumber - until you add limes, mint, gin and tonic. Then it’s a cool party.

Picnics mean potlucks and potlucks mean hella variety. Save yourself the headache of trying to perfectly pair drinks and make the Cucumber Cooler. It’s smooth enough to go with just about anything - the gin brings a nice aromatic flair to balance out strong flavors and the crisp, clean combo of cucumber, mint and limes is universally appealing. After all, it’s summer and the livin’ is easy.
