INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75 cup White Rum

  • 1 bottle Sparkling Wine

  • 1 1/2 cup White Cranberry juice

  • 1 peach

  • 1 green apple

  • Fresh cranberries

Sparkling Sangria Punch

Bring a knock-out to the party with a punch of fresh fruit and white cranberry juice combined with the one-two kick of white rum and sparkling wine.

Nothing says summer party quite like a punch - and unlike your aunt’s frothy bridal shower sludge, this one is refreshing, simple and oh so classy. The added bonus? Served in a glass pitcher, this sparkling drink is as pretty as it is delicious. The seasonal fruit can be changed up to match any menu - from tapas to burgers - but we’re partial to cubed green apples and sliced peaches.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PREPARE apple and peach by cubing into 1 inch pieces

  2. POUR rum and white cranberry juice into a pitcher

  3. STIR to combine and add cubed fruit. Refridgerate for 2+ hours

  4. ADD sparkling wine, stir and serve in stemless wine glass

  5. GARNISH with fresh cranberries
