Vodka Martini


Like bespoke suits and men with hats, certain things just emit class. We like our martini custom tailored with vodka, dry vermouth and a citrus twist. Strong, debonair and never out of style.


Prior to the 1950s, gin martinis were all the rage. Then came a marketing campaign highlighting the odorless, colorless characteristics of vodka. It was meant to attract those who found the gin in traditional martinis too herbal - and it worked. Vodka martinis were everywhere, from Bond movies to Rat Pack appearances. They were even famously celebrated in the “3-martini lunches” popularized by the ad men of the 60s and 70s. And you thought Zooming with clients in your pj pants was brash.


  1. POUR Vodka, vermouth and bitters, if desired into a Yarai glass & add ice

  2. STIR 20-30 seconds until well-chilled

  3. STRAIN into a chilled martini glass

  4. GARNISH express citrus oils over glass and garnish with a twist
