  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

Vesper

ABOUT

Cheers to you, 007. The combination of gin, vodka and white vermouth is not only quite strong, it’s as sexy and smooth as a certain debonair secret agent.

DETAILS

Named after fictional double-agent Vesper Lynd, the drink was imagined by none other than Ian Fleming and first appeared in the book Casino Royale. While there’s much discussion over who played the best Bond in the movies, there’s not much debate about the Vesper. It might be the only universally appealing martini to both gin and vodka drinkers. Now the only debate remains…shaken or stirred? (BTW we always recommend stirred.)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. POUR Gin, Vodka and Lillet Blanc into a cocktail shaker and add ice

  2. SHAKE 20-30 seconds until well-chilled

  3. STRAIN into a chilled martini glass

  4. GARNISH Express citrus oils over glass and garnish with a twist
