Third-Party Delivery Services
For orders placed through delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.):
- Customers must first contact the respective delivery platform for order issues
- Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within two (2) hours of delivery
- Photographic documentation may be required for quality claims
- Refunds are processed through the original delivery platform
- Alcohol-related delivery issues require immediate reporting due to regulatory compliance
