The Rosales family (responsible for the Cascahuin brand since the 50's) has been at this whole tequila thing for a century+, and Plata 48 reflects those stripes. Subtle and yet inviting, it's a mellow, warm and full-bodied agave showcase. You're gonna get hints of pepper, chili spice, mineral tones, grass, cinnamon, and a touch of citrus, which is what delicious smells and tastes like.
