Made in Southern California, this zero carb, no sugar, no calories, non-alc has got a bold, juniper-inclined nose with a bitter lemon, grapefruit, and coriander palate. We've tried it in a gimlet, in a g&t, and gin fizz and enjoyed them all - it's like Michael Gambon in Layer Cake... you're surprised at just how well it works.
